Unsurprisingly, the newest track coming from Odesza’s Foreign Family Collective is just as amazing as everything that came before it. With its latest release from Louis Futon and ROZES, Foreign Family Collective continues to pump out a stream of pure auditory gold, further solidifying its role as a serious tastemaker. The label already had an impressive start to the year with the release of Rüfüs Du Sol’s impeccable album, “Bloom,” and, judging from today’s fresh release, it doesn’t show any signs of slowing down—quite the contrary actually. “Wasted on You” combines a swelling, distorted synth beat and gently driving percussion—expertly crafted by genre chameleon, Louis Futon—with the sultry vocals of ROZES, who is definitely someone to keep an eye on this year. Check out the stellar track below (or in the header of this post) and show your support for great music by purchasing it on iTunes. Enjoy!
