If you’re a fan of The Police and if you’re a fan of sitting poolside, then boy do we have a treat for you in the world of Nu Disco. French producers/ DJs J-Art, and Madan have been collaborating for a while now and the duo have been cooking up some of the best in tropical disco this season. Their latest monster takes on the classic ‘Walking on the Moon’ and injects a healthy dose of chilled out pop synth beauty to create the perfect anthem as these days start to warm up. While this isn’t the music to blow the roof off pool parties, it’s bringing successful flavors that we’ve seen from the likes of Kygo and to a lesser degree Phonat into the Nu Disco fold. But this remix is just the latest from this pair. You won’t want to miss out on their take on one of my favorites ‘Fifteen’ by Goldroom as they pump up the tropicality on this summer classic. They’ve also recently done a complete cover of Bastille’s ‘Pompeii’ a song I expected to be as tired as its original counterpart. However, these guys have truly delved deeper into the track and created something that stands strong on its own. Oh and by the way Madan is also a monster mix maker, check out his latest below. Enjoy!
